Abstract
The growing dependence on the Internet has resulted in a rise in cyber-attacks and other cyber security risks. Detecting intrusions is essential for spotting network anomalies and cyber-attacks. In recent years, a number of academic communities have expressed interest in cyber security in relation to intrusion detection systems (IDS). Because of the amazing advancements in social networks, cloud and web technologies, online banking, mobile environments, smart grid, etc., cyber security is "a fast-growing field demanding a great deal of attention." Artificial intelligence has become a crucial element of cyber security because of its capacity to assess security threats in real-time and respond accordingly. AI now plays a greater role in identifying and thwarting assaults that keep companies ahead of the curve. The primary focus of AI's work in Cybersecurity is threat detection and prevention. This thorough analysis looks at how artificial intelligence (AI) might improve Cybersecurity and threat detection, emphasizing current developments and enduring difficulties in this ever-evolving field.
