Abstract
This study examines the financial performance of Shriram Transport Finance Company and Mahindra & Mahindra Finance Service Ltd. Propose: The main aim of the study is to compare the Profitability and Liquidity of Shriram Transport Finance Company and Mahindra & Mahindra Finance Service Ltd. Methodology: Descriptive research design applied for the research. The study considered secondary data which was collected from Annual Reports of the Companies and used Authentic websites. The variables of the study were NP ratio, ROE, ROA, ROCE, and CR. Findings: The statistical tools – ANOVA test, Correlation & Regression Analysis proved the profitability high of Shriram Transport Finance Company and the liquidity high of Mahindra & Mahindra Finance Service Ltd.

Abstract
Zadie Smith FRSL (born Sadie; 25 October 1975) is an English[1] novelist, essayist, and short-story writer. Her novel, White Teeth (2000), rapidly became a best-seller and received a honors. In September 2010, she became a tenured professor at New York University's Creative Writing faculty.[2] Originally published in 2000. The focus is on race and its complex portrayal in multiracialism, multiculturalism, and migration. Through the viewpoint of the Iqbal, Chalfen, and Jones families, representing varied ethnic backgrounds, The play takes place in a multiethnic England shaped by colonialism. This study examines the impact of colonial legacies on descendants of formerly colonized nations, highlighting race as a significant concern in "White Teeth."Moreover, the study addresses the problems and achievements connected with belonging, investigating issues like as Detachment, Migration, Integration, and the search for genuine connections. This extensive study seeks to better comprehend identity and belonging in current English literature.
A study on Profitability Performance based on Investment of Indian Cement Industry

Abstract
Maximum Profit is the final aim of any organization. The gain arising from the investment of capital in the business, the excess of incomes over expenditure is monetary gain or profit in any transactions or occupation. Profitability means the ability of any business unit to earn profit continuously. Profitability is a situation in which an entity is generating a profit. Profit performance is a measure of a company's ability to generate profits from its operations. All stakeholders connected with the business entity are interested to know about the profitability of the entity. In this paper, an attempt is made to study profitability performance based on Investment in the business of selected Cement companies in India. The top 10 cement manufacturing companies in India were selected for study and decided to examine the profitability performance based on investment for the period of 10 years from 2010-11 to 2019-20. The Return on Capital Employed, Return on Equity Shareholders’ Fund, and Earnings per Share ratio are calculated to measure profitability performance based on investment. Statistical tools like Mean, S.D., and ANOVA were used to analyze data and test hypotheses. The cement Industry is prime and one of the crucial industries in India as in other countries. In India first Cement Company was established in the year 1914 at Porbandar, Gujarat with a capacity of 10,000 tonnes. Currently, India is the 2nd largest producer in worldwide production of cement after China. A huge investment is required to establish the cement manufacturing plant. Hence organizations are interested to earn more and more returns as profit.

The rules, techniques, and standards required for systematic financial recording are established in this framework. Its use spans several organizations, including nonprofits, companies, and small enterprises, all of which rely on financial accountants to properly produce their books, records, and essential financial reports. Financial reporting is the result of financial accounting activities and is critical for firms wanting to communicate their financial health to external stakeholders. The key vehicles for this communication are all financial statements of changes in shareholder equity. These documents provide a detailed summary of a company’s financial status. regarding accounting operations, different industries have different criteria. This is mostly description the specific business. In today’s fast-paced and keen business environment, venture are increasingly resorting to outsourcing as a strategic requirement. Accounting obligations can be outsourced to dedicated service providers, allowing firms to focus on their core capabilities while benefiting from specialized financial experience and efficient solutions provided by external professionals.
